Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Deputy Manager – Presales to support our solution engineering and client onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering or IT, with experience in pre-sales, solution design, or project coordination within the Telecom, CPaaS, SaaS, or IT domains.

You will work closely with business development, product, and tech teams to bridge the gap between client needs and product capabilities, translating technical solutions into clear, value-driven proposals. This role requires strong documentation, coordination, and client communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support to BDM Team:

  • Collaborate closely with field BDMs to understand client requirements.

  • Assist in preparing solution decks, RFPs, and demos for client pitches.

  • Provide product and technical clarification to customers during pre-sales conversations.

Support for Demos & UAT:

  • Assist BDMs in setting up and executing customer demonstrations.

  • Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environments and support issue resolution during testing phases.

Liaison Between BDM and Development Teams:

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Coordinate solution feasibility checks with the technical team.

Customer Onboarding & Internal Coordination:

  • Drive internal coordination for the onboarding of new customers.

  • Assist in provisioning, testing, and documentation during the onboarding lifecycle.

  • Act as an internal point of contact for service-related escalations during the early stages.

Project Management (New & Migration):

  • Support the execution of new customer deployments and solution rollouts.

  • Handle migration projects from legacy systems to new platforms.

  • Track progress, dependencies, and manage cross-functional deliverables.

Standardization Initiatives:

  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pre-sales and onboarding.

  • Drive documentation standardization across pre-sales, product, and support artifacts.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings.

  • Capture insights to support new feature evaluations and product roadmap discussions.

High-Value Customer Engagement:

  • Assist in onboarding and managing high-value enterprise customers.

  • Ensure technical alignment, compliance, and continuity in engagement.

BRD (Business Requirement Document) Preparation:

  • Draft detailed BRDs for new feature requests and integrations.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders for validation and approval of BRDs.
