Job Description

Prudent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Tech Support Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of computer systems, both hardware and software, along with basic knowledge of databases and scripting. Freshers or candidates with prior experience will be considered. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support and guide customers effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and provide effective resolutions.

  • Respond to support tickets, calls, or emails, guiding customers through solutions.

  • Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and system changes for future reference.

  • Monitor and maintain system health, performing routine maintenance to prevent issues.

  • Collaborate with other internal functions to escalate complex issues or implement system upgrades.

  • Use ticketing systems to track and manage support requests efficiently.

  • Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure round-the-clock support.

Qualifications and General Skills

  • Educational Level: BCA, B.Tech or equivalent

  • Basic technical skills, including computer hardware and software knowledge, databases, and scripting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)
