Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's revenue by implementing effective controls, conducting detailed analyses, and collaborating with various departments to identify and rectify revenue leakage. This role involves monitoring, auditing, and improving processes to ensure that revenue is accurately captured and reported.

Your Responsibilities

  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, designing, defining, or managing projects on digital technologies in the telecom industry 

  • Must Ensure compliance with finance and accounting by examining and analysing reports, operating practices, and documentation with recommendations of opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure. 

  • Must have knowledge of network and revenue flow Structure for all B2B Data Products

  • Quantify and report revenue leakage with recommended solutions to concerned stakeholders. 

  • Handling of Revenue Assurance audits conducted by Internal Auditors and should focus on mitigating exceptions reported in earlier audits. 

  • Coordination with technical, IT & business teams for issue closer and new project implementation 

  • Digitization of manual workways 

  • Digital technology areas like mobility, cloud, data analytics, insights, and reporting platforms like Power-BI, IOT, AI/ ML are an added advantage

  • Strong knowledge of Agile development practices (Scrum), methodologies and tools.

Qualifications and General Skills

  • Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree / Full-time MBA/PGDM

  • Experience in Business Analysis, designing, defining, or managing projects on digital technologies in the telecom industry. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven experience in solution selling and consultative sales approaches.

  • Ability to identify customer needs and create tailored solutions.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Proficiency in understanding and explaining technical products or services.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address client issues.
