Job Description

The shortlisted candidate will be responsible for hardware deployment, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical hardware and network issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments. The role requires very close coordination with other Prudent departments to enable revenue maximization for the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hardware, software and network installation as per the requirements

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits

  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue

  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)

  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Qualifications and General Skills

  • Educational Level: 

    • Any degree/3 Yr diploma 

    • Course completion in any Microsoft course like MCSE/MCSA

    • Completion of any Linux course like RHCE/RHSA 

    • Computer hardware knowledge. 

  • Willing to relocate to any of our sites Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamilnadu 

  • Communication skills in English or Hindi

  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills
